My wife and I just finished watching Hulu's #BlackTwitter documentary. I thank her for explaining some of the cultural events to me as they were discussed on the show.
The final episode mentioned #ElonMusk, how he bought #Twitter and disabled many accounts, and then how the diaspora spread to places like #BlackMastodon, #Bluesky, and #Spill.
They mention that such a space will come back again, at some point, because it always does, which gives me hope.
