On a mobile OS, a user has permissions that they can grant to an application. For example, I DO NOT let #Instagram have access to all photos, only “selected photos”, in an effort to prevent them from mining every photo on the phone. Similarly for other permissions.
If I'm judicious about restricting access on these permissions, then how can #Threads collect/aggregate information about me except through my posts and others posts?
